"The process of moving our business on to the ThinOffice system was very quick and easy. The technical support person had us trained within an hour. An hour after that our entire office had been setup and configured, this included integration with our Blackberry devices. The provisioning tool is very simple and easy to walk through for even a non technical person to use.
All of the sales tools have been quite helpful. On the support side, because the UI is so user friendly we really have not had to use documentation.
